When reading various sources on education philosophies, one thing stood out. There seemed to be a clear lack on "updates" out there. Humanity is changing at a rapid scale with technology and new ways of consumption being added seemingly every day. So how do we prepare ourselves for the future when it is moving so rapidly?
Learning has never been more dynamic today and often incorporated learning in teams or pods, a picture of a challenge during the COVID-19 pandemic. Previous to becoming a teacher, I was employed at the Canadian War Museum as a Program Animator/Educator where I routinely related complex information to a varied audience with widely different needs in a manner which was respectful and adapted to the individual needs of the learners.
